What to expect
Tara guides stretches to work on flexibility and range of motion. Positioning, intensity, and pacing are adapted to you, with communication throughout rather than forcing a stretch.
Who it may suit
Athletes, adults who feel restricted in everyday movement, and older adults interested in flexibility may find this service a good fit. Existing injuries and movement restrictions help determine the approach.
Potential benefits
- Improved flexibility with a consistent stretching program.
- Greater joint range of motion.
- A guided opportunity to explore comfortable movement.
Your comfort comes first
Share any recent injuries, surgery, or movement restrictions before your session. Stretching should stay within an appropriate, comfortable range.
A CLOSER LOOK
Research spotlight
Stretching and flexibility in older adults
In a randomized trial of 62 adults aged 65–97 with tight hamstrings, repeated stretching improved knee-extension range of motion. Longer holds produced greater and more persistent gains in this particular group.
This supports flexibility gains, not a promise of injury prevention or a universal stretching prescription.
